Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Donations
  • Memberships
  • Event registrations
  • Digital or virtual products

These are considered final at the time of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  • Contact your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
